Walmart Inc is an American multinational retail corporation, headquartered in Bentonville, Arkansas. It operates a chain of hypermarkets, discount department stores, and grocery stores. If you would like to apply for a job here, we will provide you with some information. For hourly roles, you won’t need a resume or CV in order to apply, but you will need to share your job history and highlights on the application itself. How to get a job at Walmart?
Filling out the application takes 45-60 minutes. Pay attention to provide all the correct information before you have submitted the application, because after submitting it, you won’t be able to change it anymore. However, if you cannot complete it at once, you can continue filling it out later. You will find it, when you log back, under “saved drafts”.

If you don’t receive an interview, you can reapply for another position with Walmart or Sam’s Club. Your application will remain in their system for 60 days and you can update your preferences to include other positions within that period of time.
The hiring process for stores and clubs
Step 1 – Application completed
After you have submitted your application, your information and application data are received.
Step 2 – Candidates reviewed
Candidates are then reviewed and those that match the shift are reached directly. A personnel associate will determine who the best fit will be. On-site interviews will be conducted with candidates that are selected in this process.
Step 3 – Interviews completed
If your interview goes well and you are selected as the most suitable candidate, you will receive an offer of employment. After that you are supposed to complete the next steps within the pre-employment checks, i.e. a background check and drug screen, if applicable.
Step 4 – Orientation scheduled
In the final phase of your hiring process, you will be invited to Welcome to Walmart, and you will have a chance to learn more about the company and the facility you will be working in.
